Delivery

My Little Charly cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or deliveries occurring after your event. Any shipment made with a tracking number is insured. This means that if the items in your package are damaged, we will file a dispute with the supplier on your behalf. We will also do so if the package is lost.

If your merchandise is damaged, please notify us and send the following photos within 3 business days. (This is important for the carrier to accept the dispute):

  • External photo of the package as a whole

  • Internal photo of the package (any protective measures such as newspapers, double cardboard protection, etc.)

  • Photo of the package label proving it is addressed to you

  • Photo of the damage

  • Photo of the item as a whole

All these photos should be sent to charly.odysaia@gmail.com. If no action is taken by you within 7 days after receiving the package, the merchandise will be considered received and in perfect condition.

Transfer of ownership

Items purchased from My Little Charly may be used but not resold except as second-hand goods. Any item ordered and paid for on our website belongs to you, but the design, drawing, concept, and other intellectual properties belong to Julie Vankerckhoven and may not be copied/reproduced.

Return policy

The photos of items in the shop may differ slightly from their appearance on the website depending on the size and settings of your monitor or device used. This cannot be the subject of a complaint. However, if an item does not meet your satisfaction and has not been personalized, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to return it at your own expense and with a tracking number.
To do so, please send us an email before returning any item to charly.odysaia@gmail.com.
